Werner’s Oven was born out of passion in 1988 by Werner Hochbaum and his wife Nancy. It began with a much needed little German Bakery on the ground floor of Parkway Builder’s Centre, today it has moved to Joo Chiat Place with more signature dishes that customers are returning for!
The tradition of using the best and the right ingredients, much of which are from Germany and using tradition German methods of baking and cooking began from the day they started in 1988 and remains to this day.
